Terms for asking Arva for a time

Last updated 2026-10-14

These terms cover asking Arva for a time through Akosi, a booking service HAND Protocol runs for Arva. The service itself (the work, its price, and its rules) is between you and Arva.

A request is not a booking

Nothing is booked until Arva confirms it. Sending a request does not hold the time, and other people may ask for the same time. You hear back by email, or in the chat you used.

Changes and cancellations

Arva sets its own rules for changes, cancellations, lateness, and missed appointments; ask Arva what they are. You can cancel a request or a booking, or ask for a change, with the link in your email.

Payment

Akosi takes no payment. Any price, deposit, or payment is between you and Arva, through Arva's own accounts.

Using Akosi

Give your real name and a way to reach you, ask only for times you mean to keep, and do not use Akosi to send spam or anything unlawful. Do not send health details. Requests that look like abuse may be refused or limited.

The assistant

The assistant is automated and can make mistakes. It never books, changes, or cancels anything by itself; a confirmation from you or Arva does. Check the details in the email that confirms your booking.

As is

Akosi is provided as is. HAND Protocol works to keep it running and correct, but does not promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, HAND Protocol is not responsible for losses that come from using Akosi, such as a missed appointment. Arva is responsible for its own services.
